Our men's substance abuse treatment program is located in a residential neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, a small city known for its safe atmosphere. The facility is just a short walk from the Mississippi River, the library and YMCA, as well as workplaces and other resources. The structured environment and supportive staff allow men to gain the skills they need to become positive members of their families and productive members of their communities.

Outpatient Treatment

Hope House Drug and Alcohol Outpatient Treatment is a two-phase, outcome-based program that meets 3 nights each week. Phase I is 80 hours of primary treatment that is based on individual needs. Phase 2 is a 20-hour continuation of Phase I focusing on relapse prevention and skills for sober living.
